    Property Registration Transfer

    We can transfer the ownership and provide the title deed with in 30 min. This service allows the registration of a request for land/ property transfer from an individual to an authority, and vice versa.

    The Requiried Documents For Selling

    • Original title deed.
    • No objective certificate (NOC) from the developer.
    • Memorandum of understanding (MOU).
    • Passport copy of the seller and the buyer (non colored).

    Individual Company:

    • Trading license + copy.
    • Owner passport + copy.
    • Power of attorney + copy (mentioning the formula of buying and selling).
    • Attorney passport copy.
    • NOC from developer.

    Limited Liability Company:

    • Trading license.
    • Parties and Ratios page (copy + original).
    • Incumbency certificate.
    • Memorandum of association certificate (original + copy + translated to Arabic).

    Off Shore Company:

    • Trading license.
    • Memorandum of association certificate (Translated in Arabic).
    • Incumbency certificate.
    • Certificate of good reputation.
    • NOC from free zone ( in case of offshore buyer)

    The Fees

    Land Department: 4% from the selling value + 10 AED knowledge fee + the following.

    • 250 AED issuing title deed.
    • 100 AED issuing land map or 250 AED for villa or apartment.
    • 30 AED knowledge fees for each payment.
    Registration Mortgage

    In this service, customers can request the registration of a mortgage transfer on a deferred sale. The service is provided when the mortgagor wishes to transfer the mortgage right from an authority or bank to another.

    The Requiried Documents For Selling

    • Original title deed.
    • Owner passport copy.
    • Mortgage letter.
    • Mortgage contract + 3 copies of the contract showing the following:
      • All property data.
      • The owner name only.
      • The amount of the mortgage.
      • The mortgage start date and the mortgage end date.

    The Fees

    • Land department fees: 0.25% of the mortgage value + 10 AED knowledge fee
    • Registration trustees: 4000 AED
    Oqoodi (Off-Plan)

    Selling properties that are under construction and not ready yet, and require the presence of parties seller and buyer.

    The Requiried Documents

    • Sell my contracts
    • NOC
      • make sure the expiration date
      • the number of buyers in the certificate
      • asked how space distribution in the case of more buyers
    • A sale agreement (MOU)
    • Passport seller + buyer copy (valid) clear and colorful aubtakh identity
      • citizen (file + number)
      • non-citizen (taken from the Arab name of residence, if not, of the NOC and the English name of the Passport)
    • The balance of payment =/2000 dirhams in land Department

    • 3000 AED if property price AED 500,000 and more
    • 1500 if property price less than AED 500,000
    Mortgage Discharge

    Required Documents For Mortgage Discharge

    Selling properties that are under construction and not ready yet, and require the presence of parties seller and buyer.

    • Original title deed + copy.
    • Original mortgage discharge letter from the bank.
    • Owner passport.

    The Fees

    • Land department fees : 1000 AED mortgage discharge fees + 10 AED knowledge fees.
    • Registration trustees : Free without any fees.
    Donation Registration
    • Original title deed.
    • Evaluation certificate issued from land department.
    • No objective certificate if the property given in was given in free zone.
    • Proof of kin ship first class.
    • Passports (Original + copy ).

    The Fees

    Land department fees : 0.125% from the evaluation value + it should be not less than 2000 AED + 10 AED knowledge fee + the following.

    • 250 issuing title deed
    • 100 issuing land map or 250 for villa or apartment.
    • 30 AED knowledge fees for each payment.

    Registration trustees:

    • 1. 4000 AED if the evaluation price is equal or more than 2.000.000 AED.
    • 2. 2000 AED if the evaluation price is less than 2.000.000 AED
    Registration Rent To Own Contract

    Required Documents For Registration Rent To Own Contract

    • 1. Title deed.
    • 2. No objective letter from the developer.
    • 3. Memorandum of understanding (MOU).
    • 4. Letter of the rent amount from the bank + starting and ending.
    • 5. Both seller and buyer passports + copy.

    The Fees

    Land Department: 4% from the selling value + 10 AED knowledge fee + the following.

    • 250 AED issuing title deed.
    • 100 AED issuing land map or 250 AED for villa or apartment.
    • 0.25% from the rent value + 10 AED.
    • 40 AED knowledge fees for each payment.

    Registration trustees:

    • 1. 4000 AED if the price of the property is equal or more than 500,000 AED.
    • 2. 2000 AED if the price of the property is less than 500,000 AED.
